Env's The Walking Dead for People Playground

Adds characters from The Walking Dead into PPG.
HUGE credits to timtam for the skin system
also major credits to milk drinker and joo for screenshots

the mod currently includes:
rick grimes
daryl dixon
glenn rhee
negan smith
shane walsh

ALL characters have 1 skin and more characters with more skins WILL be added.
i will try to make 1 skin MINIMUM for each character if they are relevant enough.

this mod pairs really well with the holsters mod by chestnut studio (goated) and dead creatures = zombies by ibiglaser.
