After the 4th Corporate War and the spit between Militech and Arasaka's trust the companies that relied on these 2 major companies we're left into the dark. With no other major companies to deliver what Constant wanted and no private security from Arasaka Constant had to take things into it's own hands, with all the funding left over the 4th Corporate War combined it all into a small private military contract also known as "BlackWall". BlackWall went to be a minor success with giving random trained personnel some vest and making them guard and protect things. After the years went BlackWall got less and less eddies from constant, there for the members of BlackWall had to. What Constant did "take it into it's own hands" with selling some assists they we're protecting to other companies or cartel division. As long as they we're paid it worked out. Little by little taking things from Constant and selling them to other companies also getting their trust and funding. More and more BlackWall started getting bigger from selling more to other companies and departments.

After BlackWall had enough funding they started buying the assists is bulk and selling them for higher to remove any suspicion from Constant seeing their assists being stolen and sold. After the year 2077 after Arasaka was shut down by one choom BlackWall lost a big chunk of eddies and resulted in more shady biz with cartel are extremist groups to push as much money towards BlackWall.
