[FRC] - Micro soldat armored car for People Playground

The Liberator armored car is a modified version of the Reus Iguana, reinforced with several layers of steel plates and with a heavy machine gun turret mounted on top. Its purpose is to neutralize enemy infantry and light vehicles.
The FRC couldnt really afford normal AIVs or ISVs, so they just put armor on top of a car and call it an anti infantry vehicle.
