Stimpack Redone! for People Playground

It's a stimpack. My second mod having to do with the first mod having to do with stabby stabs and syringes. :)

Remade from my previous Stimpack mod which had collision issues and basic functionality. Improved to my preference, and hopefully yours too!

Note: Will appear as normal syringe when pasted or saved.
