JMC's SCP-106 for People Playground

Adds a fully working SCP-106 with Pocket-Dimension Portals!

SCP-106 can torture Humans by touching them and make them feel massive pain and let their Flesh rott, but he can also cover Objects in this Liquid. In the Context Menu you can activate his phase-through solid Objects Mode. He will still damage living beings in this Mode(There is a Visible Range in which he can affect Entities).
Another Context Menu Button lets you spawn a Pocket-Dimension Portal which will stick to the ground and can trap Entities and Objects in it. When releasing Entities from the Pocket-Dimension they will be compleatly dead and split appart...
