Soul Mod Rewrite for People Playground

Based on the SOULs from UNDERTALE. This mod is a rewrite of my old mod that was made a long long time ago. Using my newly found skills, and my determination, I created this.

Adds humans with SOULs, which can be customized with the context menu.

If a human's SOUL is not white, they have the ability to SAVE, LOAD, and RESET, while having a chance to refuse their SOUL upon death. White SOULs cannot do this.
White SOULs cannot do anything. When it dies, it will fade into dust, leaving no trace of existing.
RED SOULs can sometimes be extremely determined, and will resist death more often.
You are able to manually REFUSE any non-white SOUL that is cracked via the context menu.
You can adjust the chance that humans refuse via the context menu. (1 - 100) The number chosen will be a 1 in ## chance to refuse.

Using the context menu, you can rip SOULs from humans and put them into other humans or SOUL containers.
Humans that had SOULs before that do not have a SOUL will slowly die after 2 seconds. Giving the dying human another SOUL or making them hold their previous SOUL will prevent death.

The yellow SOUL, JUSTICE, can be activated, firing a small electric bullet blast. Holding the activiation button will charge it up, making the next blast even bigger. This is a similar reskin to the Accelerator, but it was recoded.
