Favela V2 for People Playground

A "continuation" of my previous Favela based contraption. Including another crack house, residential house, and market, BUT now with a clinic, and a gambling area! Most of the buildings have frozen pieces to account for lag so if you want it to be all loose n janky then I can't help ya.
