Mod «KX-RoterMorgen Josef Goebbels for Vanilla» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.11.12)

Brings Josef Goebbels from Roter Morgen submod for Kaiserredux to Vanilla game.
I almost changed everything to the root, and I dont own any of this assets, it's all creater by Shizo Yaaaay.
German Infantry and Light Tank models taken from Red Flood. (Hope I don't get banned for this).
Hitler completely cut out and replaced by Goebbels.
The original mod was deleted half a year ago, two weeks ago I decided to recreate it.
