This mod will allow you to summon anime girls as leaders. All images have been taken from public domain and belong to their authors. Warning! Holo is too strong in the economy.
Future plans:
1) add unique traits for leaders;
2) add icons to the existing ones;
3) divide summoning decisions on ones that based on state affiliation.
