Infantry Equipment Designer

This modification allows you to edit infantry equipment.
Reworked the technological tree. Added a few options for additional equipment improving the characteristics of the infantry.

Unfortunately, due to limited modding had to do through the editor of tanks, so infantry equipment is located in the section with the technique.

I didn't plan for this mod to be compatible with many global mods, so if you have a desire to do a compatibility patch for your mod, go ahead, I'll allow it.
