Mod «Spheres Of Influence» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.12.9)

This mod add some unfluence mechanics and allows you and other countries to influence each other. Basically, you dont need to go war, use spies or make the country friendly or take its states via focuses, just spend quite a bit time and patience.

Current known issues

Very basic ai (Germany will influence only Austria until 1940, UK will influence Poland until 1940, Italy will influence Albania until 1940 ; The AI will resist the influence but will set itself puppet via decision if same ideology)
