Mod «Super Weapons» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.11.7)

Adds:

• nuke sound from the Iron Curtain Cold War mod
• dobules shore bombardment (max of -50% defense, soft attack, breakthrough, etc)
• doubles railway cannon bombardment (max of -20% defense, soft attack, breakthrough, etc)
• increases range and damage for missiles/rockets
• there is always a notification for when a nuke drops
• adds/updates the Better Nukes Mod
