Mod «New Tech Rework» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.15.4)

This mod is a reworking of another Ultimate Tech tree New Horizon mod. Russian localization and technologies have been developed here. Special projects have been slightly edited and linked to technology branches, and the characteristics of some types of equipment have been slightly changed. Later, it is planned add more technologies and special projects, as well as strengthen AI.

The technology has been extended to the 90s.

Custom icons have been added for large countries.
