Better MIO

This mod adds new Military Industrial Organizations (MIOs) for all four types, one for each type:

  • Bastion Armory (Tanks)
  • ArmadaCraft Shipbuilding (Ships)
  • Warhawk Dynamics (Planes)
  • Vanguard Armament Co. (Material)

The AI will not use these MIOs in most cases.

Industrial and scientific organizations were also added, their cost is higher than the standard ones, but the benefits are much higher
