Mod «Better Mechanics : National Economy» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.13.1 - 1.13.6)

Hello Everyone !
Alright so this mod is just a update and tweak to the amazing Nation Economy mod from diryte01 who has abandonned it for some reason. As I like having a deeper immersion into my games and also like having a ne way to compare myself to other nations, I felt the urge to update this mod

It is basically the same the original, except :

• Maintenance costs are added to civilian and military factories (might consider dockyards in the future) which means that the bigger the economy, the more intensive it will take to build factories (consider this as rising wages, econoical costs or whatever could make sense in a RP way)
• The decision icons are diversified and more nice
• I prepared the arms trade to be fased out once AAT is out, but for no it still works pretty nicely with the AI using it quite effectively
