Mod «Prometheus Has Fallen» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.11.1 - 1.11.12)

“Prometheus Has Fallen” is an alt-history mod, which aims to bring interesting scenarios to all theaters. The main point of divergence in this mod is the Great War and its consequences. In this timeline the USA had remained thoroughly neutral. The Great War ended with a Pyrrhic victory for the Central Powers. At the same time, the UK and France lost most of their colonial possessions in the wake of the wars for independence, which swept the planet nearing the end of the Great War. With the current fragile balance of power, it is only a matter of time until the next spark ignites the world. The question though is: Where? And who will start it? Will the old Empires of Europe try to reconquer, what they’ve lost? Will the US abandon its stance of absolute neutrality? Or will a power on another continent light the flame of conflict once again in their ambition for hegemony?

New technologies: You can produce Torpedo-Boats, Helicopters, Land Cruisers and much more

Adjustments to technologies:

• (Theoretical) Land Doctrines are researchable again. In exchange for that you'll be able to unlock buffs for specific units through XP in the Officer Corps.
• Expansion and re-balancing of the Armor, Air and Naval technologies
• A system for the AI with which it can build supply hubs
