Mod «Universal Resource Patch» for Stellaris (v3.7.*)

Reason: Update mod to version: 05.04.23
Patch to display the added strategic resources from different mods.
The resources will for compatibility reasons only be displayed on mouseover, if you also want to see them in the dropdown window you will need something like Scrollbar for resources.
This is incompatible with some of the supported mods or any mod that also modifies the main.gui.
