figured out how to get this working.
Step1: install zarchiver/file manager
Step2: extract the zip file inside the download folder, but click «Extract Here»
Step3: once extracted, open the folder and do Cut on the folder inside the volkswagen borap one. (In file manager the cut is instead called move)
Step4: move it to android>data>com.nikita4everpro.sccpsd>files>Mods>Cars.
Step5: open game, go to map, then click spawn New car in The pause menu, click mods and There it is.
