This mod makes prisoners lose certainty instead of gaining it if their mood is high in your prisons. The speed is the same as what they would normally gain.
Converting a prisoner will dramatically reduce their resistance and somewhat reduce their will.
More specifically, converting a prisoner reduces their resistance by 75% or 15, whichever is higher. This means many foes can be immediately recruited after conversion.
Will is also reduced by 50% or 5, whichever is higher.
