Mod «Outer Rim - Chiss Ascendancy» for Rimworld (v1.4)

Outer Rim module adding the Chiss race and their faction, the Chiss Ascendancy, fully equipped with their own weapons and armour.

The race and faction require Biotech, as it uses the gene/xenotype system. If you don't have Biotech you can still use the weapons and apparel, there just won't be a race or faction, so it's not set as a hard requirement. Without Biotech there's no faction so the research core will be able to be obtained from any other faction as a quest reward instead.
