All the buildings require a research "Floating turrets". As turrets are attached to polyester vessels to float on water, this research requires biofuel refining and gun turret research projects.

A simple turret equivalent to a regular mini-turret but which floats on water. Shoots its bullets individually rather than in bursts of two.
50 steel, 25 chemfuel, 6 components.
Double the power of a mini-turret at the cost of a bit higher power consumption, component usage and more steel involved into repairing the turret's barrel.
75 steel, 25 chemfuel, 10 components. Can be recharged with components as new batteries.
Similar to how a hand-wield cannon works, this turret sends shells that discharge into a violent magnetic burst that stuns mechanoids, androids, and those (un)lucky with brain implants.
40 steel, 10 plasteel, 25 uranium, and 25 chemfuel. Can be rearmed with uranium.
A slightly weaker version of a bigger vanilla version, this weapon still has the same firing range and a similar armor piercing. A deadly weapon for living beings, and most likely for armored as well.
A bit stronger and a bit more expensive variant of land barricade designed to defend floating turrets and other facilities. Obviously, they can be made from wood only. The barricades are always wet and thus are hard to burn.
