A remake of a C&C RA3 map, in the latter it seems to be a half deserted, half tourist island with large relatively empty areas, but for its Ravenfield version I opted for half military/industrial and the rest keeps a seaside theme perfect for having a vacation.
Let's go over the biomes, then we'll cover the flags.
The map includes 2 very distinct biomes, one is darker and humid, this is where large trees grow easily and visibility is the worst, the risk of being ambushed is omnipresent there but vehicles will have a lot of difficulty navigating its areas.
The second is more temperate, generally only palm trees grow there, and they cover most of the coast on this island, it is still difficult for a vehicle to navigate there but they will be able to eliminate you more easily from the roads.
For the flags we first have two airfields, one facing the other, they are the only way to obtain planes.
Then come the two bridgeheads, established on the main island, one of them is a port, formerly we saw goods and tourists passing there but now we see only soldiers and armored vehicles.
The other is an old villa, adapted to support a mining operation and provide barracks for nearby points of interest.
Just west of the old town is a bunker and some buildings formerly serving as a private club, the trees provide good cover for the bunker making a good defense against anyone coming from the smaller island serving as a helipad and a temporary naval base.
Then comes the old hotel, west of the port, tourists used to sleep there, then spend their entire day in the resort by the western beach.
The other tourist beach, the one to the east, has been transformed into a real fortress since the forces present learned that an assault would be carried out on their island from a fleet arriving from the east.
And finally the center of the island, the jungle, it is there to the north that the mine was located, the ore was then loaded on board a minecart then sent to the depot to be checked and packaged, then it left towards the villa who load it into a boat discreetly heading to a secret destination.
And between these two mining infrastructures is the temple, a relic of the past placed on the highest plateau of the island and almost entirely hidden under the leaves.
This map is way bigger than my previous maps, so I recommend going for around 140/200 bots.
Also you may not want to use large air/ground vehicles since they often spawns under a roof.
The map is filled with avoidance box to prevent vehicles from crashing into trees, even so the road is extremely large, and pathlinks, so bots can go in and out of buildings, make vehicles cross trenches, make soldiers jump into trenches etc.
