Beds Have Blankets for Project Zomboid (v41.x)

replaces all vanilla bed sprites with ones that have blankets and pillows.

I heard you don't like pillows, have you ever thought to yourself "I HATE PILLOWS I WISH THEY NEVER EXISTED" then you're in luck! I added a separate option for no pillows just enable that in your mod options instead!
