After Germany's victory in the First World War, the geopolitical situation changed greatly, Russia lost numerous territories as a loser, for example the Caucasus, Ukraine, Belarus, etc. In these territories, Germany creates puppet states such as White Ruthenia (Belarus) and Ukraine, and Cossack independence is also born on the Don.

This mod currently represents three categories of state, and has sub-factions within them:
