JMC's SCP-079 Mod for People Playground

Adds a working SCP-079 AI to the Game that hacks bombs, guns, androids and other electronic things.
After booting SCP-079 will:
-Slowly increase its hacking range
-Hack Machinery to tryna kill entities nearby
-Hack Guns to automaticly shoot at entities
-Hack Explosives to blow up any entity too close
-Hack Androids to electrocute entities
-Every hacked object will increase SCP-079's maximum hacking range

He will show stuff on his screen explaining his thoughts:

"Hacking...": Searches for stuff to Hack in his Radius.
"Hacking Completed!": Hacked one or more Items in his Radius.
"X": Did not find anything to hack in his Radius.
"Binary", "You are an idiot" and "hahaha": When hes attacking though his hacked objects.
"Face": Idle or thinking.
"small text": Bootscreen

Two new context menu buttons:
-Toggle Range (lets you see his hacking range)
-Toggle Hackview (lets you see all connected hacked objects)

He's located in the JMC's SCPs Tab.
