PPG: Half-Life & Portal Characters for People Playground

Hello and welcome to my new Half-Life mod, I've spent a little over a year working on this and I am glad to say it is fully finished major update wise. This adds ONLY skins for humans of different characters from the Half-Life & Portal universe. Items, weapons, and other miscellaneous things from half-life will not be added unless I feel like doing it. If you have suggestions, feel free to post them, just a heads up though - suggestions will only be added if I feel it'd make a great addition and I have time to make it.
