SCP-173 with AI for People Playground

SCP-173 with AI, includes following features:
* SCP-173 The statue is added to the game. You can find it in entity tab
* In the info view, you can see a Ui hovering over a human's head, indicating whether the person is blinking or not
* When SCP-173 is not beinPched, it will move at high speed towards the nearest human, ignoring obstacles
* SCP-173 will leave a reddish-brown decal on the ground
* By using the SCP-173's click menu, you can toggle whether the human blink is synchronized or not.
