SCP-610 Mod for People Playground

So, this is a very non-standard mod that I have ever made, since it is not a game or a movie, so I did not have clear references either. I did everything as I imagined, I hope you enjoy it! If someone does not know what SCP-610 is, then in short: This is a skin disease that struck a settlement near Lake Baikal in Russia. This skin disease leads to numerous mutations that add extra arms, legs, and the like to people. There is a kind of social structure in this settlement, the observation of which and not only is indicated on the official SCP website.
