The Blackstorm Institution is a large simple inc-owned facility that holds some of the most dangerous people on the planet. It is relatively "tame" compared to other facilities, such as Prison Site Zeta. The facility is staffed mainly by the SIPD (Simple Inc Police Department), several janitors, cooks and other workers and an on-site emergency response team to quickly neutralize any threats. The facility's warden is Sarah William Theron, a high-ranking simple inc official.

The facility is split off into 5 zones:
The Entrance Zone
The Upper Sector
The Lower Sector
The Underground Cargo Area
The Aboveground Cargo Area
