Mod «More States» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.12.1 - 1.12.5)

Adds a bunch of states to nations from across the map.

Current nations with overhauled/new states include:

• Italy - modern and historical states expansion
• Germany - Rhineland demilitarised zone extended, river borders
• France - Kaiserreich Borders
• Russia - More Caucusus & Belarusian states, updated vinnytsia borders
• Indochina region - New Siamese, French Indochinese, and burmese states
• USA - More state states
• Mexico - Quite a few more states
• South Africa - Historical and modern state borders
• Manchukuo - Added A few more states in the region
• Balkans - Yugoslavia and Greece overhaul, new states in Romania, Hungary and Turkey
• Scandinavia - Overhaul for all Scandinavian countries, as well as a few islands in the north sea

• Added ~15 provinces and 4 new states to Cameroon
• Added French Nantes state
• Added Slovenian Bled state
• Added the TWR Franco-German border ( states and province adjustments )
• Added the Morgenthau plan for the Yalta Conference ( no guarantee it works lol )
• Fixed missing German cores on Austria for both fascist and democratic Germany
• Fixed incorrect state requirements for both Italy and Ethiopia
• Shrunk Eupen-Malmendy
• Fixed Yalta conference cores
