Yearly Event Cards

This "small" mod adds yearly event cards to the game to help you better keep track of in-game and real-world time. The events are always triggered on New Year and include real images from the era, some statistics about world events as well as about the progress of your country.

  • Works with all start dates
  • Is compatible with most minor mods
  • Works with Road to 56, Kaiserreich, The Great War, Calm Before the Storm, etc.
  • Works in multiplayer (without hot-join)
  • Is not Ironman compatible
  • The event music can be turned off in the game rules (for YouTube / Twitch)
  • Currently only in English

I like the idea behind this, over time it would be awesome if you could add alternate versions for the images based out of the amount of world tension generated that year in a way to really show the state of the wold
