Mod «Millennium Dawn Jets and Helicopters upgrades» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.12.1 - 1.12.4)

Modd adds new upgrades for planes such as :

-Weapon upgrades ( small increase in cost for each level ):
* AAM weapons for AS Fighter air attack +7%, 5 levels
* AAM and AGM weapons for MR Fighter and cv MR Fighter air attack +5% ground attack +5%, 5 levels
* AGM weapons for ST Fighter ground attack +7%, 5 levels
* AGM weapons for Light Strike/Trainers ground attack +7%, 5 levels

-Countermeasures upgrades ( air defence +5% , 5 levels, small increase in cost for each level )
* AS Fighter air defence
* MR Fighter and cv MR Fighter
* ST Fighter
* Light Strike/Trainers
* Transport Plane
* CAS
* Naval Bomber
* Strat Bomber
* Attack Helicopters

-Cost reduction ( reliability -5%, cost -10% )
* Transport planes and helicopters

Works with saves 50/50, recomended to start a new game.
