• Administrative Complex | 0.1 Political Power gain | Cost: 20k (Construction points)
• Military Academy | 0.1 Weekly Exp, Command Power | Cost: 20k (Construction points)
• Propaganda Tower | 0.1% Weekly Stability and War Support | Cost: 20k (Construction points)
• 50 Construction Slots
• Ability to unlock more Research Slots
• For every 3 Research Centers you can unlock an aditional reserach slot in the decisions tab, costs 20 civs for 90 days
• Supply Depots cost 5k now
