Mod «Set up rival governments!» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.7.1)

This mod allows the player to establish a rival government while at war! This allows America to set up a democratic Italy holding just the island of Sicily!

• The country must own more than 1 state that is their core as well
• The player must occupy states that is not the capital of the country.
• Must not have an ongoing civil war
• Must exist

Partially compatible with R56, IDK I haven't tested it yet. If you have low fps, please disable this mod!

Now allows players to liberate territories like Korea, Senegal, etc. While at war.
