Mod «No Resistance» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.13.1 - 1.13.3)

This simple mod should remove all resistance from the game. It also raises compliance to 100% most of the times.
It Should be compatible with nearly any mod if the mod doesn't change how resistance works.
