Dreams of a White Victory: Redux is an alternate-history mod in which Peter Wrangel, during the Russian Civil War, led the Whites in Russia much earlier than was historically the case, which combined to lead them to victory over the Bolshevik Red Army.

Russia

In this alternate scenario, General Pyotr Wrangel led the White Russian Army during the Civil War much earlier than was historically the case, leading them to victory over the Bolshevik Red Army. Since then, he has ruled as Supreme Leader of Russia at the head of a military junta. To preserve the hard-won peace, he did not attempt to conquer Ukraine, Finland, or any other breakaway state. Instead, he formed a faction known as the "Petrograd Pact," consisting of Ukraine, Belarus, Finland, and Mongolia. In this eastern bloc, each member state pledges to protect each other and ensure close economic cooperation.

However, even after the defeat of the Communists, things were not going well in the new Russia. The Bolshevik uprising kept thwarting the junta, leading to economic stagnation, and the nobles and generals rule their petty fiefdoms at the expense of the common man. It's becoming clearer by the day that significant change needs to happen in Russia.
Also, in this alternate universe, Anastasia Romanova, daughter of Tsar Nicholas II, manages to survive the execution of her family. She has been in hiding ever since, fearing that she will be caught by the Bolsheviks who want her dead. The path to finding her is only somewhat hidden, but if you find her, you can put her as a constitutional monarch on the throne of the Russian Empire!
As a peaceful development, Russia can maintain stability and democracy in the country and concentrate on internal development, avoiding any wars.

Ukraine

Hetman Skoropadsky's rule in Ukraine has super low support of the people, who are tired of the leader's policy towards Russia. It is worth noting that Ukraine has always had difficult relations with its eastern neighbor. Many territories of the country were occupied by neighboring countries, including Russia. After the German Empire withdrew from Ukraine, the White Army brazenly took Crimea from it, as well as other lands the country had claims to, such as Starodub. The country's economy has been suffering from stagnation and recession for many years. Trade policy is mainly oriented towards the Petrograd Pact countries and mainly Russia, making Ukraine critically dependent on it. Despite all of the above, perhaps with a new leader Ukraine can achieve success in the international arena. The country has great prospects for development. If Ukraine changes its course, it may well be able to regain lost territories, get rid of Russia's influence and overcome the internal crisis.

Finland

In the 1920s, the Republic of Finland was overthrown in a coup by the nationalist organization "Lapua Movement" led by Field Marshal Carl Gustav Mannerheim. Since then, Finland has moved closer to the Russian sphere because of the similarities between the political and worldviews of Mannerheim and Supreme Leader Wrangel. However, republican movements are gaining momentum, demanding that Mannerheim and his Lapua movement resign and hold elections. Even in the conservative camp there were voices in favor of establishing a Finnish monarchy. Mannerheim's power was growing weaker by the day.....
