Mutator «Weather Effects (Clouds, rain, sandstorm)» for Ravenfield (Build 21)

This mutator adds:

• Clouds (Flat and 3D)
• Rain
• Sandstorm
• Snow(flakes)
• Fog

Planned features:

• Obstruct Vision of AI (Have to wait for the developer to expose that function)
• Tornados
• Snowstorm
• Random Lightning Strikes

There are 4 quality/performance levels that you can choose from.

Quality

Obviously I couldn't go crazy with the graphics, especially with the clouds (they should look alright though) because Ravenfield already runs mediocre.
