Spawn the Soft Body Human (under "Humans" tab).

Select it → Open the context menu.

Toggle Transformation Mode → Click/drag any body part to reshape freely!

Adjust Spring Strength → Slide for instant physics changes (0.1 = jello, 10 = steel-like).
